Terms & Conditions, our agreement with you
Thank you for choosing us to do your work. We require a deposit of $275.00 (USD) to get started. Once we begin your work, this deposit will not be refundable, but before we start, it is 100% refundable. Our price guide will provide you with the specifics of our costs for our services.
About Seabreeze Productions:
We are a small, ethical, reasonable and very responsible company and we seriously aim to please. We will do our best to give you a high quality product at a reasonable cost. However, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any unforeseen problem that is out of our control that could result in a failure on our part to do or complete your project. We will do everything in our power to rectify any problem or situation, but events like an Act of God, including things like power failures or computer crashes or problems that are out of our control that could result in our failure to produce on time your project. Note: we do take ever measure of precaution that we know, including premium virus protection, battery back up, etc.
We cannot be held liable if any situation arises (like an unreasonable demand) and we feel that we cannot work with you, thus not starting or finishing your project. We reserve the right to determine whom we chose to work with, what projects to work on, to continue your project or end it at any time. All time spent on your project must be paid in full within 30 days.
Once again, we are a very reasonable company and don’t expect anything unpleasant or negative to happen. We think you will be very pleased with our results. Our work is very creative and of high quality and we take pride in what we do and take the time to do it right. Please feel free to contact us at any time.
All travel expenses must be paid for in advance. A 45-day advance notice must be given for travel outside of the USA. No charge for travel within the Delaware Valley of Southeast Pennsylvania.
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer you any type of guarantee for this work performed. However, we will make every reasonable attempt to satisfy you. We truly love what we do and take great pride in our finished work.
